NPP KuibyshevTelecom-Metrology – is a Russian
manufacturing enterprise. The plant
develops and mass-produces hardware and
software complexes (HSC) — high-precision
radio-electronic instruments for measuring gas and
liquid consumption in accordance with Government
Decree No. 719 “On the recognition of products
manufactured in the territory of the Russian Federation.”
Today, our plant contributes to the implementation of the
technological independence program and, developing in line
with the needs of the modern market,
provides reliable solutions in the field of oil and gas measurement,
based on its own expertise, independent of foreign technologies,
thus protecting the sovereignty of the Russian Federation in the field
