1 General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) defines the terms of use of the website https://ktkprom.com (hereinafter — the “Website”) and constitutes a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.2. By using the Website, the User confirms agreement with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the User must refrain from using the Website.
1.3. The submission of any personal data through the Website forms signifies that the User has read the Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) and has given consent to the processing of such data in the manner prescribed by the Policy.
2 Terms and Definitions
User — any individual using the Website for the purpose of acquaintance and/or ordering of services, equipment, or information exchange.
Operator — LLC “NPP KuibyshevTelecom-Metrology”, the owner of the Website and the services provided.
Services — production and supply of oil and gas metering devices, metrological equipment, consulting, technical support, access to the “iSecure” project, and other functionality described on the Website.
3 Description of Services
3.1. Descriptions and pricing of services and equipment are published in the relevant sections of the Website and/or in an individual commercial offer.
3.2. Specific parameters, terms, prices, and delivery conditions for each type of equipment or service are agreed upon individually based on the User’s request and formalized in a separate contract/invoice.
3.3. Registered users of the “iSecure” project are granted access to specialized services under a separate license agreement.
4 Order Placement and Registration
4.1. Ordering of services or equipment is carried out through the online form on the Website, or via the email or phone number indicated on the Website.
4.2. When placing an order, the User confirms that:
accurate and truthful data have been provided;
the User has read and agrees with this Agreement and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
4.3. The Operator has the right to request additional information (including identification or verification of legal entity authority) if necessary for the fulfillment of the order or compliance with legal requirements.
