SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF TESTS OF THE KTM RUMASS CORIOLIS FLOW METER

KuibyshevTelekom-Metrologiya company has successfully completed tests of the KTM RuMASS Coriolis flowmeter for cryogenic medium measurements at the Rosatom State Corporation test facility. The test method consisted in determining the relative difference between mass flow and density measurements compared to the CMF200 Coriolis flow meter manufactured by Micro Motion*. LNG with a temperature of -160 degrees was used as a medium.

The maximum nominal measurement error of the mass flow rate of the cryogenic medium was 0.35%. Thus, the calibration methods of the manufactured KTM RuMASS flow meters and mathematical models for compensating mass flow readings with a change in the temperature of the measured medium were confirmed.
