We present to your attention a new product — the KTM SCALARIS flow density meter. This device is designed for fast and accurate measurement of liquid density and temperature with indication of mass and volume flow. Metrologically provided measurement of medium parameters with a density of up to 2000 kg/m3. To date, this is the only flow density meter that can be used for metering of high-temperature liquids up to +400°C with a maximum pressure of up to 30 MPa. Due to this, it can be used in a wide range of industries: from the oil and gas industry to the food and pharmaceutical industry.
The main advantages of KTM SCALARIS are its high measurement accuracy, speed of operation and easy handling. The limit of the nominal error of density measurements is 0.2 kg/m3. The density meter has a function for compensating density readings when temperature and pressure change. In addition, the density meter is available in an explosion-proof design, which allows it to be installed in explosive zones.
It is an ideal choice for enterprises in need of accurate and fast control of product density. The density measurement range can be customized according to the customer’s requirements and specification.
